Our Process
DISCOVER, DESIGN, DOCUMENT
DISCOVER
We find the story worth telling and the emotional theme everything downstream develops from. This is the phase that decides what the place is about, before anyone commits money to building it.
The Spark.

Concept art becomes plans, sections, and elevations. Our illustrations are drawn by hand rather than generated, and they are drawn by the same person who will document the space, so the image is buildable from the moment it is painted.
